In the spring of 2001, Amedeo Scognamiglio and Roberto revolutionized the world of luxury, bringing a new concept to New York: a fresh, contemporary, and unconventional approach. The young Italian designers brought "Gioielli Preziosi" out of their boxes and onto beautiful women every day. In their minds, a jewel was meant to be an adornment, a joy in life, and an unforgettable moment.

The dynamic duo met Patricia Field one summer night in New York City while filming the TV series "Sex & The City." From that moment, their friendship and collaboration was crucial to the incredible venture called "Faraone Mennella." That same year, the world's most luxurious stores began carrying the "Faraone Mennella" brand among their jewelry.
